Has anyone here ever used their Khukuri in self defense or know of anyone who did?

Just wondering if anyone here have used their Khukuri in self defense or know of others who did? I would like to find out what effects the Khukuri would do. I have seen other styles of large blades do damage, but not Khukuris? Any info will be helpful.

Broken Arrow: Although I personally know of nobody who's used their khukuri in self defense, I do know that khukuris in the hands of competent users can split a steel helmet and its "contents"; Stories I've read of Dr. Gyi's exploits contain such tales.

mine is under my matress and i'm just waiting for the chance to use it!!!

wishful thinking but it is ubder the matress just in case.
