Hey John - how are you with Hawkbills or pruning shaped blade? I'm really intersted in getting one to match the sheepsfoot you made for me. I've contacted other makers in the past that had troubles getting the grind right.

I don't recall seeing any pics of one from you but I could be missing it.
 
I`ve done some recurve grinds so I don`t think there would be a problem. Do a drawing of what you want and we can take it from there.

Remember - this is a ROUGH, ROUGH sketch just to get an idea if this is something you'd be willing to try. I want it to match, exactly, the dimensions of the sheepsfoot you made me that I've also posted a picture of. The only main difference is that I want an extended tang on this one. I want it to fit in the other side of the double pouch sheath you made me for it. I'm going to PM you a picture of the exact blade design I want.

Cool blade fellas - the knife I want is going to be used for a pruning knife. The front edge I want to have a swedge or false edge (whatever you call it) for some scraping. It's also not going to be a very large knife. The handle will be about 4" and the blade probably around 3" or 3.5" not sure yet.

PS - Noah I stole your pic out of your thread for this of my knife since I haven't taken any pics of it since it got rehandled.
