Hello Guys
I thought i would take a few minutes and finally make my first post!
I have lurked in the shawdows for a long time and recently signed up. I believe I have found the greatest place on the net. I love this place!
About four months ago I spotted the the Esee Hest ordered one and caught a virus ! I now own the Hest, Izula, RC6 and I'm getting ready to purchase my next Esee. Still trying to decide if it will be the 4 or the Izula II after those two it will be the Lite Machete. I have been collecting and using knives for close to thirty years and never caught a virus like this :) .
I would also like to say thanks to Mike , Jeff, The Rowens and the crew for producing fantastic products and for offering the best warranty and customer service in the business. Well guess I need to go and practice throwing my RC6 :)

Esee Bones - A few pics from todays hike .

Welcome to EA, a place to discuss you addiction to Rowen steel. We don't judge, as long as you take photos of your dirty little knives.

Welcome to the nut house! You've already got a pretty good line up going there! The 4 is a great all round knife. You'll love the Lite Machete though! The micarta handles make a big difference, making it a lot of fun to sling around all day. What part of the country are you in?

Welcome from yet another noob! Great photos. You'll find really useful info here.
I've always had some run of the mill knives all my life. But in January I got the ESEE fever. First the 4 for outdoor use, then Izula II for EDC, and just yesterday the Izula I for paracord wrapping.

sweet dog and sweet knife! i don't think i'll be done until i have one of each.

You should probably add the 4 next, but the Junglas is definitely a lot of fun, even though it's not the most practical blade. here are mine...

Also, welcome to the forum!

Another recommendation here for getting the 4. It not only is the perfect sized knife I've made one of my EDC knives that's on me almost all the time. With an untucked shirt it's pretty much invisible. Get the Tek-Lok for wearing it on your belt. Just FYI, it only mounts on one side of the sheath, this is not an issue, works great. Some folks can't seem to figure this out and say it doesn't work but that's simply not the case. I've found it to be an awesome way to carry this knife and it's very solid. Once you get a 4 in your hands you'll know what everyone is talking about. By the way, the Junglas should be on your list too. Unless you literally plan on clearing brush or bush-waking through the jungle, the Junglas is one of the best bushcraft knives out there for shelter making an batoning/fire making. I have the Junglas and a 4 and feel pretty much ready to handle any situation that could come along. An AWESOME twosome!

Cool dog! I have had a couple red heelers and they are great dogs..... watch em close though because they are super smart and can be sneaky :)
