Hello, my fellow Buck knife lovers. Oh, I know, I am on other manufacturers forums, but Buck knives are a long time favorite of mine, offering good value and fine American workmanship. Today is my wife's birthday. She loves to hike and wander in the woods. So I got her some new LL Bean hiking boots, fleece jacket, and of course, a new Buck knife. Susan is quite happy with her new Woodsman.

Naturally, I got me a pretty Special in Cocobola so we could have matching knives.

A Happy Birthday to the Mrs., and welcome to the Buck Forum. I'm always glad to see & hear about families enjoying their Buck knives.

Welcome, and you will be pleased with the members of the forum, plenty of knowledge and some great knives as you will see, happy B to the Mrs

Welcome to our neck of the woods sir! That 102 in brass/cocobola happens to be my wife's favorite knife. It sounds like your wife might actually use hers. I hope her Birthday goes well.

Thanks for the the welcome. Is this forum new to BF or have I just not noticed it before? I have used Buck knives for many years.

Don't think its new. Welcome and happy birthday to the Mrs.. Hope you two enjoy your Buck knives. DM

David is right.

The Buck Forum is not new.

In fact, it dates to the Nineties of the last Century.

:)

I don't know exactly when it started, but it's at least 10 to 15 years old.

Welcome to the Buck forum Mr & Mrs HD!

Be sure to join us on Sunday; for the Sunday Picture Show.

We are happy to be here. My wife was most impressed by the little card with the message from the Buck family. I have always been impressed with the quality of Buck knives. I have an old Bucklite that I carried for over 20 years. Skinned a lot of animals with it back in my hunting days. I have a few fancy ones with stag handles that I have never used.

Thanks for stoppin in Horn Dog! Feel free to post more pics in the future, they are always welcome. Happy Birthday to the Mrs.!
