help bridging a couple of NAD power amps

i have a buddy with a couple of nad 2200 power envelopes and he wants to bridge them but there is no manuals with them
i was hoping someone here had the manual and could scan it and email it to me , or if anyone knows how to do it with this model and could share that info that would be great
