IMO, none of them are any good or 'the best' as per your question...

If I was forced to use one, however, I would pick the EdgePro Apex. With just a bit more dedication to the art of sharpening, a good set of stones (DMT diamond or Spyderco ceramic), a leather strop, and a smooth steel will get you the best edge you'll ever want...good luck

I've used the Spyderco Sharpmaker and love it. I haven't tired the others, but I don't think you'll be disappointed by the Sharpmaker.

There is no such thing as the ''best V sharpener''. You'd be infinitely better off learning to use one of the many sharpening systems available today, especially freehand sharpening.

For now, I just want something simple. Do the "V" sharpeners work well on japanese blades with 15 degree angle?

Why is holding your blade at an angle to a horizontal stone going to give you a better edge than holding a vertical knife to an angled stone?

Most of the "many sharpening systems available today" are based on this style of sharpener.

I would concur that the Sharpmaker does a fantastic job of sharpening a wide variety of knives.
