Help me ID my new knife

While at the WAC gunshow today, I spotted a knife on a table that looked interesting. Picked it up, asked the seller who the maker was. "I have no idea," he said. It was $50, and I grabbed it. Nice look, nice feel. So, what did I get? Single tang stamp on left side, the letter "H". Fancy jimping on back of blade, laminate handles, 8 3/4" long.

Hi,
No markings indicating country of origin? No Marking indicating type of steel?
No box or sheath?

Some of the guys here are crazy smart and may ID it. I am not one of them.
I have not seen it before. That is for sure.
