Help me ID this?

I bought this 7 or 8 years ago, I didn't pay much attention to what I was getting. As I have learned more about knives, I have been increasingly curious about this one.

it has a Kraton handle, no clip. Stamp says UltraBlade, with an infinity symbol. The thumb stud is a screw on- it came with the knife. Blade is some sort of stainless, hollow ground.

I think I paid less than $50 for it. Not a bad knife at all, but I almost never carry it anymore, just too sticky in my pocket.

Any hints?

Looks familiar to me. UltraBlade sounds familiar too. Perhaps a Browning or Beretta? It seems I've seen it in an archery catalog. Browning makes bows. If it comes to me, I'll let you know.

I think it has come to me. How about Bench Mark Knive Co. of Gaston, Georgia? I believe they are now out of business but they were handled by A. G. Russell a few years ago.
