What is the best way to order some handle screws?

I've sent an e-mail to both Rob and Rick and have not heard back.

Two of my handle screws had the heads twist off and I was NOT twisting hard.

Right now I'm sitting here with an unusable knife.

Thanks,
Tim

Hey Tim,

The same thing happened to me. I was installing a new scale and the screw just simply twisted off using the hinderer tool and I was only finger tightening. Rob stated they had an issue awhile back and have since fixed it. With no issues with the new screws. He just sent me some new screws this past week. It took about 2 weeks from the time he sent the email to the time I got them. They have been involved with a several shows lately, so that is more likely the delay. Plus, they are still way behind getting these out. Save your one good screw and when you get the new ones from Rob, you will easily see the difference. There is alot more metal under the head like the pan head screws, while the ones that were breaking were recessed way too much. Rob will make it right, no doubt about it, they have great customer service at Hinderer. But I am sure its killing you not being able to use your knife.
