Help with colors please!

I finally saw an older blue Delica directly, and it's paler than I imagined. I also saw a blue latest version Rescue the same day and it was darker and blue-er. Will the ZDP Delica be like the current Rescue?

Also, I have an older ATS55 Rescue Jr with an orange handle. It has always been just a little pale. Is the current orange Rescue the exact same color, or is it a little brighter?
 
Carl, I have an older (G-2) orange C14 Rescue and a recent C45 79mm Rescue, also in orange. Not sure if the color on the older one has just faded over the years, but, if so, it has done so very evenly, and on both sides, which would be most unusual. At any rate, for whatever reason, the older one has a "washed out" look to it while the newer is considerably brighter and more vibrant. Pics of both are on my site if you want to compare them.

Blues have covered more of a range, that "dusty" greyish looking lighter blue you obsevered on the older Delica, the "is it blue or is it green" teal of the FRN Dyad Jr., the bright, but fairly light blue of the "Forum Model" Native III and Spyderhawk, and the darker and somehow more dignified blue of the late model 93mm and 79mm Rescues. No telling what shade the upcoming ZDP-189 Delica will use.
 
Thanks Deacon, I can see the faded look of the older models you have is similar to mine vs. the new one.

Those plain edge mariners sure look nice.
