Hey, I took apart my kershaw blur, and cant seem to put it back together, IF ANYONE can help or has pictures of this process it would help A TON!, As of now the knife does not open...

I'd do pictures, but I do not have a camera currently.

How to put it together:

take locking side of knife, put the pivot pin along with the washer in. Then, put the blade along with the other washer on top of the pivot.

For the speedsafe side, make sure that the torsion bar is in correctly.

Now comes the toughest part, you must mate the two sides at the pivot point, by having the pivot pin go through the hole of the speedsafe side, and at the same time, making sure that the metal stickout out at the pivot side of the speedsafe goes into the little tiny hole of the blade. Once you got it (it'll look even, and both aluminum sides will be equally far apart from the blade) quickly screw the pivot screw in, thus mating the pivot side of the knife. Then, one by one, LIGHTLY screw in each barrel spacer by poking it in partially, and then screwing each one in until it holds, but not tight. Otherwise, you won't be able to fit the remaining barrel spacers in the blade.

After all of that, you're done.

If the above does not work, put everything in a package and mail it to Kershaw, they'll assemble, lube, and sharpen your knife for free.

Email me if you have further questions :)

why'd you take it apart? I'm sure putting that torsion bar back in the right way takes pretty skilled workmanship.

It was really nasty on the inside, ALOT of dirt. Ive used it as an EDC for awhile. I have another I keep brand new in a box. Ive got everything back together right just keep hearing somethin rattlin around when the blade is open

That's because there is no load on the torsion bar when open, so yes it's just a piece of metal in there that will rattle around...when open. It's normal. You can grease the torsion bar up and that will normally cut down on the rattling.
