I am the proud new poppa of a new HEST. Arrived today from TKC (great customer service and quick shipping Dale).:thumbup:

First impression: This thing is a beast of an little knife. I can't wait to sacrifice something to the knife gods! Sorry folks no pics just a basic member. But close your eyes and just imagine.

Congrats on the H.E.S.T. I carry it everyday. I've tried it with and without the handles. I went back to the handles just felt better in my hands.

having said that I just saw where we can use photobucket. My account has expired so I will have to renew. I just stripped and patina the Izula wanted to get some opinions. hopefully soon, but I have my 2 year old all week so time is limited. Been wanting to do some comparison shots with all three because I would have really liked to had some.

Love my hest, just try not to "sacrifice" your thumb to the knife gods(see: my thread on getting bit :)), they like taking everything they can get. lol.

yeah I caught that. ouch, a good friend of mine said you have to make friends with a new knife, guess your not quite there yet. Knock on wood never been bitten by my RAT's a couple of warning nibbles though.
