Hey What happened to the Forum jump?

Is it just me (My computer) or has the Forum jump feature at the bottom of the page gone away?

That is something I use all the time

I noticed it gone also.
I posted a thread in service and support, asking the same question, only to discover that someone else had already posted that. Today, someone else posted there, asking the same thing.
