Is the swedge sharpened on these models?

Are these a chisel grind? If so, I wonder if you could get a left and right pair with the grinds on each side? That would be neat.

You probably could order a chisel grind but as far as I know, they are normally v-ground.

The swedge on my straight is not sharpened. It could be; it's not as if it would be a hazard handling, like the back edge of most folders.

Get two curvies and don't worry about chisel grinds. They are sharp enough to disembowel someone anyway.
