I am now waiting for my third HI khuk to arrive from Reno (a 17inch villager by Kumar). This will make my collection a BAS - Bura, WWII by Bura and obviously the villager. I think we all know that feeling of just holding a HI khuk in our hands and imagining the sound of pounding metal.

I have been reading some of the tests currently posted on the forum and decided to test my WWII on a coin, took a 2pence piece and wacked it, my aim was $%£: and I hit it way off centre but a piece of coin cut clean off, I thought "what are you doing, man" looked at my blade and there were no signs of damage, I thought about hitting again, this time harder in centre but I will wait till I get my villager which is going to be purely a tool and which will get some heavy use. I love my Bura's too much too do anything too crazy yet, still I think whatever I could throw at them they would style !!

Cant wait too get more, maybe a tarwar next or a M43 !

I see my metal cutting tests have infected others. A tuppence is a pretty big copper coin, too. Less expensive than whacking one of those brassy 1 pound coins, too.

Good testing post, thanks!
