Tragic tornadoes in Florida.

I hadn't heard this news. Rob, I hope you are well. All Floridian hogs, best wishes.
 
This was very deadly!
Florida was not expecting something like this.
The tornados were very far from here. My house was hit by a very small tornado during Wilma 05, and we lost about a third of our roof. We considered ourselves very blessed that no one was hurt, and we did not loose our whole house. Many of these people were not so fortunate.
Our prayers go out to them.

Thanks Mike! We are ok, several hundred miles to the south. Just heard about it on the news.

I'm afraid to ask, "What else?".

Best wishes to everyone in Lake, Sumpter and Volusia counties. Governor Crist has issued a State of Emergency for these counties. The latest report that I saw is that 19 folks lost their lives this morning and numerous houses distroyed.

The tornadoe(s) hit this morning before the morning wake up call for work. It hit in the central part of the state just to the north of Orlando. I am on the central west coast of Florida, we had probably 1 1/2" of rain with some wind, but nothing like the folks in the areas that got hit.

Now we get to break out the FBMs for the clean-up.
