Houston I think we have a web problem

We have just found out that our web page e-mail info has been out of order for who knows how long. Anyone who may have tried to e-mail us through the contact links were not received. We are trying to get it fixed at the present. We apoligize for this hassel I know it looks like you were ignored, but this is not the case as customer service is important to us. Please try our regular e-mail address which is cden101656@aol.com Thanks and sorry for the inconvience. GenO

Mine doesn't seem to be working either. I'm with Jeff also Geno. I guess I'd better get in touch with him.

I was wondering why I wasn't getting any e-mail through the terry@primosknives.com address. That's the one I have listed here as well. I tried sending myself some e-mail after reading your post and it never arrived.

Anyone here trying to e-mail me might want to use my regular address to. It's: tprimos@sport.rr.com

Sorry Guys...I left for a weekend with the Boy Scouts...in the rain. Glad to be back. I am right now looking into the problem. GenO's right, I will look back and try to recover everything I can. Everybody who has had any correspondence will need to try to reconnect with GenO and Terry. I will let you all know when I get it back up.

I'm back again. It looks like the mail server had some problems...I can't tell yet whether software or hardware, but I do know that the problem occurred on or around Sept. 23rd. I think all the old mail will be coming shortly.

Hi Tom go easy on me I just got one light bulb in my cave. Now I can see all the nice art work on the walls. Born on a mountain, raised in a cave makeing knives is what I crave. GenO
