I have a couple of projects up in the air with blades that I want to finish in a stonewash. Does anyone have any advice as to how I should go about trying to do this?

HOLY CRAP!!!. How did you manage to only post twice in two and a half years???

Back to the OP, I have no idea, maybe throw a hand full of rocks at the knife for about an hour on both sides? I hope someone with the real answer pops in, because now I want to know.

I always used the tumbler at my dads work..... I guess "stone wash" comes from the fact the blade it tumbled and vibrated in stone and water... So you wash the blade in the stones... Some sort of ceramic it was or stone... Stone...
I don't know..
Thats what i used... STONE
Wash sTone-
Stone

tumble the blade with a whole wack of broken sparkplugs and auto tranny fluid.

you will need to sharpen afterwards....... ;)
