I belive he implanted some Latvian Goats with spy devices and is in charge of obtaining the info they collect on a yearly basis. Very dark-ops contract stuff. I have heard, thru my underground buddies, of a agent with the code name of "Achilles" which would seem to coincide with his cover story.

Dangit I'm confused...was it his bum or his ankle? If it's his bum, I'm tellin ya it won't be good for him to be hobblin around on the ground with them dang horney goats hovering over him. His ankle AND his bum will definitely be sore.

Etc: Tony just asked me if a goat stepped on him? LOL! I told him that their legs get tangled up in those hip waders sometimes and you'll sure twist an ankle....I have heard
