How long does warranty service usually take?

My poliwog has been gone about 3 weeks now.

my knife too about 6 weeks because they were back up with repairs during the summer. should be back to normal now. id say give it a week. if u are really curious u can just email them and ask.

I would guess it depends on the type of repair and the model...

Mine has been on repair for a long time because they didn't have spare parts on hand...

But have faith, they will take care of it...
