How many are decorated the same, with the same decoration design? I know there are Fly sebenzas out there. I have seen them but never two decorated the same. -CL

I was told by CRK, that no two are decorated exactly the same. Save for the Flies (as you mentioned), the annual Umfaan design, the wood inlays, and special runs like the AZCK exclusive. Anyone please correct me if I am mistaken.
 
If you contact CRK directly, they can do “special” projects for you. I have a Small Decorated Sebenza with a designed based on the Large I own, not an exact copy but a similar pattern and color scheme. There was a thread a while back where someone had a design put on both a Large and Small Sebenza and an Umfaan, a matched set for his Family members, I believe.
