How would I put serrations on a knife

I've got a crkt companion and was thinking that this would be an easy knife to clone for my first project but then my brain ran wild and thought this needs to be fully serrated , so I was wondering if theres a way to do spyderco type serrations without buying a special machine or would I have to send it to somebody.........

What tools do you have at your disposal? If it were me, I'd use a dremel tool or worst case files. You should be able to build a simple jig with a stop for setting the spacing.
