What's the trick to getting hold of this guy. I sent a piece back for very simple repair app. 5 wks. ago.He never answers his phone & won't return calls. I've dealt with a lot of makers & never have encountered this. what's up with this guy?

I’ve had the same problem with Howard. I called and emailed for months before he even sent me a catalog. I placed an order over three years ago, and have never heard a word since. I dunno what to suggest. Good luck.
