I just finished this hunter/utility model for a forum member. I spent all day today playing around with different setups trying to improve my photo quality, so any feedback on the pictures is welcome. Thanks in advance for any comments/questions and for viewing my work!

Knife and Sheath details:

- 3/16" 1080 w/ full height flat grind

- AZ Desert Ironwood scales w/ (6) 1/16" stainless pins

Paul the Knife is amazing, very clean and top notch as expected from you. The photos are great as well. Nice work!

Really really nice!

Love the texture tooling on the sheath. Going to have to try that on my next one. Did you just use a pear shader struck fairly hard?

Classic! Very clean and uncluttered - I like it (a lot).

I almost put Desert Ironwood on my last one but shot a 1911 with Cocobolo grips the day before and the Cocobolo won out.

Yes, I used a pear shader struck randomly to create the texture.

I definitely have a 'thing' for Ironwood...I just love the stuff. I often think about using something else on a knife, and Ironwood ends up winning out in the end.

Thanks for the comments, guys!

Matthew and Jason, thank you very much for your comments!

Jason, I sent you an email...hope it made it through to you OK.

Very clean grinds. Plunges are one of the toughes if not the toughes part of building a knife, for me anyway, and you do it very! well.
Great job.

All I can say is WOW! You knocked it out of the park Paul! And that sheath is another WOW!

It turned out so AWESOME Paul!! I am the luck to-be-owner of this beauty and I can't wait to see it in person. I love everything about it and the sheath texture is so cool
