Hi there
My old username on BFC is: Silver_Bali
Recently I changed my email address in my profile. I wanted this email address in my profile: agsn @ hotmail.com (if hotmail addresses aren't allowed, please use this: silver_bali @ ofir.dk )
The software said that I would recieve an email which I needed to confirm.
The next day the server was down, and I never recieved any email and now
when I log on I get a message saying "Thank you for logging in,
Silver_Bali". This message is immediately followed by this message:
Silver_Bali, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be
due to one of several reasons:
1.. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this
page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative
features or some other privileged system?
2.. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your
account, or it may be awaiting activation.
I can't view any forums and I can't post with my old profile. It's like the software is waiting for me to confirm the email change, but I can't because I never recieved the notification email. Can you help me restore my profile?
Thanks
P.S. My old username/profile is about 2 years old, so it's not a problem of just reregistering the username.
