I have RAT question please help?

I am new to collecting Knifes and I have seen 2 different RAT Mfg's. What is Rat Cutlery (Randalls Adventure Training) and then I see Ontario Rat. What is the difference in these 2 brands they look identical. Was it some bussiness split up of some kind???? Thanks for the help Im curious !!!!

Wow good quess, It is sorta like that, if you search the threads you will find one that is a good 9 pages atleast explaining what happened.

Ill summarize it for you, RC was working with Ontario producing knives and they kept recieving complaints about the workmanship and quality so finally RC quit using Ontario to produce their knives and switched to Rowen, which now produce top of the line quality blades and listens to their customers,( for ex. the pink izula an tony orange RCs), But ontario still uses the RC logo on their old rats.
