I have the best girlfriend ever!

My birthday is on May 18th, but my girlfriend coultdn't wait to give me her present. She handed me a wrapped up book. I don't usually like books for my birthday, so I wasn't sure what to think. Then, I opened it. Inside was The Spyderco Story!

My girlfriend often listens to me ramble on about my love of knives (Spydies in particular) and she must have heard me mention The Spyderco Story. It was a total surprise to receive it as a gift!

I am happy which makes her happy. What a great gift!

She loves clipping one of my delicas to her bra for ocassional carry so I think it's about time to get her a Spydie for herself.

Anyway, just thought I'd share my bliss with other Spyder-Knuts. With that, I'm off to bed.

My birthday is in the 14th, and I can share in your grinning about understanding girlfriends - mine is getting me an engraved stainless steel rookie.

Admittedly I had to do the ordering, but I'm hoping by Christmas I'll have trained her to be completely independent in buying knives

I know of several women who carry Spyderco Crickets in exactly the same place. Easy access and just where the Spyderco belongs, Close to the Heart.
