having seen ads for his knives in various publications I was very interested. an inquiery at this very forum only surfaced positive responses so I ordered Companion cub. Both Mr Greco and his wife were very nice to fullfill the special requirements for an international order. Now i got the knife. I was amazed at the quality of that solid piece.Hot Dang! Though as can get leather sheath and the knife oh boy what a joy to use. My girlfriend confiscated it for kitchenduty and approved. I can´t wait till we take it out to the coountry, only problem is I´m lusting for a big Companion as well. Got´s to have got´s to have.

A Companion cub? Please, what are the dimensions? Blade length, overall length, blade shape, handle material ? And, if you don’t mind, how much was it?

I met them both at the Blade Show. Seem to be very nice people and had nice knives. Couldn't get one then but am looking forward to getting one the next time I see them. (Got to feel it in my hand!!)

I have a Greco Persian and carry it daily.

I purchased a second Persian as a gift for a friend.

John Greco makes the best $100 knife in the world.
Actually, he makes the best $200 knife and sells it for $100.

Guys, how do you all contact him since he doesn't have a web site? Can anyone give me his phone no.? I too have been keeping an eye on his work but just didn't get around to buy it. BTW, is the Companion cub and Persian new? I've lost touch quite awhile...
Thanks for the help, first.
