I would never use the internet or anything else to "trash someone in public", or even to delibertely hurt someone's feelings. That is just not me, nor was it my intent.

We have determined that it was not our customer service people but the service that we hire to take orders after hours. These people have generaly done an excellant job and we have few complaints about them.

We are having a problem with the phone number that paul has given us, the service says that they did not get a call sat from that number. We will be getting in touch with paul to be sure we got his number right (if that is the one he used)

I would really prefer an email, I would get just as excited but would not need to reasusre the world that this is not common.

I apologize for loosing my temper. Vickie has done right by me and you are completely right. I should have sent an e-male to you directly. I did not know that you had a service to take care of orders on weekends. I did not mean to jump to the conclusion that it was one of your operators who acted rudely.
Again, I apologize. I did not know how you did things. Are we OK, and all squared up now?

Sorry, I thought it was Paul. I have no problem, I just wanted you to get what you needed and my people to do right, gald it was not them. I cannot have the control over those who handle our after hours and weekend calls. I am glad we have them though. They sometimes send us 120 orders on a monday morning.

Please check with Vickie about the phone number, i want to strighten out the person you talked to at the service.

A.G., you have a great reputation for the service that you give to your customers. From what I can see here you have only proven that that reputation is well deserved.
