ID Help needed

Take a look at this knife and see if anyone can tell me anything about it. I know someone who bought a bunch of knives and there was one like this in the lot. I've asked Joe and he doesn't have any info on it. The first photo is one like it off EBAY.

Mitch, I saw this before. And there were some pictures in the BF. But I don't remember in what context. Please give me time to think about it

Why....Can't you see the antlers and the tracks......

Those were made a few years ago for SMKW. The antlers are scrim work.

Nope, I sure don't. I looked at the March 06 BCCI news letter and found Joe's LE/SO list and that knife is at the bottom of page 8. Part #B278-SM-0, 500 made, no MSRP. Funny thing Mitch, I remember that knife in the SMKW catalog and the photo they had of the knife made the patern etched/scrimmed on the handle look like it was a very deep relief...thats why I passed on it. One day I'll get one to go with the others in my pile;)

I have 4 of the white handled Alpha's. I got these for 40-50 each.

I've held the knife and am thinking of trying to get it. I just want to have an idea of the original price so I can make him a fair offer as he is a dealer with whom I deal with alot. I already have a certain GEN5 with 154CM that is signed by a certain Buck by the name of Josh that I have on layaway. I wouldn't mind adding this to it.
