IMG code hasn't been working with my attachments

Haven't been able to get the image code thing to work with any of the pictures I've been attaching. I don't know if its only me or not since a lot of folks are hosting with their own webspace lately.
I'll try one here one more time. Not a big deal but if there's something I'm doing wrong or might try changing please let me know when you have a chance.
