I am a new registrant, and I have some knives to sell. but it looks like only dealers are allowed to post offers? is there a way to post what I have available?

Welcome, you can either get a gold or platinum membership to sell knives, or you can trade them in the Exchange. Selling is forbidden outside of there, so you might to want to do a fast edit. Heres the link
