The guillotine, it's the big knifey thingy that chops off people's heads. Does ANYONE have any info. on it??? :D

Posting repetitively and being rude won't get you an answer any quicker.

Try using a search engine and doing some research if you don't get your answer quickly enough.

no, dummy face Elvis Is dead he's buried in graceland stupid

KJB: You have a very unique way of using rudeness and repetitive questioning as a way of introducing yourself. I think you might quickly wear your welcome out if you don't treat others like you wish to be treated. What I am saying is really nothing more than just some common sense.

Mr. Braid, requests for information here sometimes take several days to turn up good information. Something as specialized as a guillotine will probably take awhile. Even most knife knuts probably don't do much with them, as they are hard to carry around in one's pocket, and the sheaths are cumbersome.

Multiple posts on the same topic on the same morning are not the best way to present yourself here at BF, especially when they are accompanied by incessant whining and barfing.

Please start over.

However, if your desire for information is that great, just say so and I'll tell you everything you ever wanted to know about the devices. It may not be accurate, factual, or of this world information, but I can get you some REAL QUICK INFO! It could be fun for me, too. Please specify:

-academic sounding
-exciting
-disgusting
-liberal
-conservative
-in an unintelligible foreign language
-on a 3rd grade reading level
-lime flavored

I would recommend a search on the web, or your local library.

Keep your head about you, okay? :)

Karl

I, too, have a fair amount of info on the Guillotine (some of it apocrypha, some not) that I might be willing to share with a well-mannered and rational person who asked. If one should show up, I'll throw you an email!!

As for you, Kevin...take a moment, take a deep breath, and pause to consider this:

You came here in a desperate search for esoteric information that you either couldn't find elsewhere or didn't feel like looking for. Thus, you are starting off in a really BAD position to bargain or make demands from...and thusfar, you've only made it worse.

To throw you a bone, though, here's a tidbit to show you we're willing to be helpful folks. The last Government-sanctioned execution by Guillotine in France took place in 1977.

You might have even been alive then...

Kal

"up yours"

"dummy face"

Bwaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahaha

That's all you got?

Bannnnnnnnnnnnnnned.

Kevin

Wow, is that all it takes to get banned around here? Well, I hope he did get enough info for that project.

lol
What an idiot...
and I was silly enough to help this kid.
Anyways back to playing with the Kershaw Vapor II.

I just got a very pleasant email from Kevin James Braid apologizing for this thread. He claims his friend got on using his "all-purpose" password and posted all of the threads. He also apologized, and took responsibility, for not using a stronger password.

I did a search, re-read all of his other threads, and I tend to believe him. There is a style, yes it's a newbie and a younger fellow's style, but still a polite style nonetheless. It matches his email to me, and not the repetitive threads of today.

I directed him to Spark to plead his case.

I hope Kevin gets back on if that is true. In addition to a newer, more secure password, he needs to keep an eye on this "friend."

Wow, they used the guillotine that recently?? Do you know what the crime was - must be some form of treason.

Banned!? That's a little harsh in my opinion. Doesn't seem to have done anything different then what some others have done here.

E, I don't want to cast too much doubt, but didn't TTO claim the same thing, in one of his incarnations. Oh my, my brother stole my password and told all those lies, etc.
