Hi guys,

I had some questions concerning some Inova Micro-lights and got holdof INOVA's customer support telephone number.
I called them from the Netherlands, I explained why I called them about some Micro-lights I acquired in a trade and a marked difference I noticed between 5 of them against the 6th one.

The customer service guy made me an offer I couldn't refuse and within a week I received 5 brand new Inova Micro-lights that had the latest red LED's with smooth high intensity beams and he send a copuple of other colors to "try-out" and tell him what we thought about them.

Natuarly I (we returned the 5 "problem" led lights to him.

This is a kind of service that one rarely finds and especially when trying to get service/help from 5500 miles away.

Great company, I hardly can wait for the improved Inova 5X to arrive.

it tells you the emailaddress and telephone number which is what I did I gave them a call.

The latest news about the Inova 5X is:

" As far as the new X5 we are building an inventory and will be shipping soon. "

That's great news and I'll be emailing TADGEAR.com real soon :)

Same goes here. Had 8 Inova's Microlights, the rubber inlays would not stay in or the on/off switches would not function properly after battery replacement. Sent them off to Inova ... 8 Mint ones are coming back my way now. Doesn't get better then that.

Very good customer service ... however they should upgrade their product so that when the battery is replaced their is no damage to the flashlights case or switch.
