Inserting Photos in my Post

I did a search before posting this message, searching this forum for any message regarding photo, how do I insert a photo in one of my post? I have an image that I'd like to add but can't seem to paste it into it.

Images need to be on a server somewhere before they can be put in your posts. If you don't have a web hosting account that you can use, we'll put them up for you, and give you the code that you'll need.

I don't have a site that I can place the image, I've heard that you can make a free site? if this is true would you let me know where or how I can do this and I'll set myself up an start from there, don't want to burden you guys with posting my pictures, I have only one right now but I do custom leather sheaths as a hobby/sidejob and might want to post some photos in the future.

Well, I hunted around and found a place that would take a steel nut like me, and they let me set up a page for free, which is all I need to get a couple photos posted around.
