I have for sale this integral full tang k tip gyuto hand forged from 1" round silver steel BS1407 similar to spicy white 26c3
Thuya burr handle with crushed lapis lazuli inlay
Blade length 230mm
Blade height 52mm
Thickness above heel 3.4mm
Halfway down spine 2.0mm
1cm from tip 0.7mm
1cm above edge at heel 1.0mm tapering to 0.6mm near tip
Hardened and tested at 62-63 HRC
Comes with maple saya and brass pin inlayed with lapis
Blade sanded to 600 grit,bolster,tang and spine sanded to 2500 grit
Edge convexed and taken to near zero before sharpening to 6000 grit
