Does anyone of you guys clip your sheaths so that the handle is lower than the belt, and you draw downwards?
I've been experimenting with my F4 and quite comfortable with it. Anyone have any problems/praise of this?

I did this for a while. It was fine most of the time. A couple of times, though, the handle of the knife slipped down into the crack between the seat and the backrest of the truck seat. When I would get out of the truck, the knife wouldn't. It slipped down behind the seat and I thought I had lost it for good. (This was a knife that I had made.) After it happened a second time, I quit carrying it this way.

I prefer horizontal carry, but with knives that are too long for that to be comfortable I almost always carry them inverted.

When it isn't clipped to my front pocket I carry my Sifu inverted in a kydex sheath that Mike Sastre made for it. The downward draw is faster than upward, at least for me. I have also found that by snapping the knife sharply down and then moving it forward I can do an inertial opening as part of the normal motion of the draw.

Does he own a site? I'd like to note down some of the people who make good sheaths.
