Those who have seen my work have never seen this before.
Bolsters on one of my blades. Finally took the time and turned out ok for a first try.
Crappy pic looks better in real life

How about some ideas for a sheath style???
Anyway here are the specs:
Ironwood scales with 416SS bolsters, NS pins
Made from 1/4" O1 tool steel Hollow grind
Blade is 4 1/2" tip to front of bolster 9" OAL
Satin finish

Damn nice job! I think a slim (thick leather though) sheath would look nice.
 
I think that knife lends itself nicely to the standard ole pouch sheath. Very nice! It always blows me away that the folks who hesitate to do bolsters have been doing slotted guards all along; and vise versa. :D I guess they're each just an approach with their own unique methods. Looks like you soldered this one? If so, nice job! If not, nice job!
