Is Loc-tite put on the handle screws for RC-4?

When knifetests beat on the RC-4, he remarked that the handles remained solidly attached. I have seen other knives tested where the handle slabs fell off pretty easily.

Does the RC-4 come with Loc-tite on the handle screws? Or, do I need to take it apart and apply Loc-tite myself?

Blue Loctite is already on the screws.
