Is this normal for a Stockman?

For the pen and middle blade to rub against each other when opening? The slight pressure of my finger pushes the pen blade against the middle blade when I open it. Its a new Case Med. Stockman, Amber Bone and CV. Just wondering if that is normal for most production Stockman patterns.
 
It's common in mid-range production pocketknives. As long as the blade doesn't wobble when in the open position, I don't see a problem with it.
 
It was no big deal, and they dont touch when closed, just when I try to open it. Just wanted to know if it was normal. Thanks for the replies.
