I'm a bit concerned.

The REKAT website is still under-construction, no word on the Sifu D-2 pre-orders, and very few questions get answered here by official reps from REKAT.

Compared to the Spyderco forum, this place is dead. Is everything okay there at REKAT?

Nothing wrong here other than a little case of production constipation that’s getting some EX_LAX. The D2 Sifus will be hitting the road shortly.

I feel like a little kid waiting to rip open presents at X-mas!

Any chance of licensing the "wave" opening feature from Emerson knives? I think a D-2 SIFU with a "wave" opening would be da' bomb!

An alternative may be an aftermarket wave-type hook that mounts at the rear spine of the blade. It could bolt or clip on to the thumbstud.
