It's Smatchette Time!

Heres the second Cooper Smatchette! It's made of 3/16" 440c and is 16" overall by 2 1/2" wide and has a double hollow ground 10 3/4" blade. It was heat treated by Paul Bos. It features black G10 scales with a red fiber spacer between the scales and the tang. This is the hardest blade design I've ever made.
 
Boy that is a beauty Michael. That blade really does look like it would be hard to do. You did a great job though.

Neil, I been very busy! Gettin as many blades ready for the show in Gulfport in just 12 days. Finished up two more smatchettes today. Now if I can only get these darn liner locks done!
Dex, I am really going to enjoy Blade this year. Stayin at the Waverly so I'll be able to relax and hang around with all you bastids!
 
that is SWEET dude......but I gotta say you shoulda made it out of 1/4" stock! very very nice
