What's sweeping the country?

A wave of brown trucks with reclusive, anti-social drivers and packages containing Microtech Tachyon balisongs.

I heard the knock, jumped up from my chair, sprinted the maybe 100 feet from the study to the front door, and found only a box sitting on the stoop. In the time it took me to cover 100 feet, the driver and the truck had vanished. But, the knife was there.

Now, for all of you who have been bragging about your Tachyons arriving before mine, I say this: eat my serial number: 102! Stonewashed. Plain edge. Perfect. Thanks Mike. I love it!

Yahooo! Glad you got it in time for this weekend. Now I look forward to your review of it.

Happy flipping!

Actually I think I wrote that on your box :)

It was about 9:30 this morning and i was fast asleep at my dads house (not my appartment where i have been checking the mail daily) as the doorbell rang...Wiping my eyes i looked at the clock and wondered who on earth could be asking for an a$$-whooping by waking me up so darn early! i wandered to the front door and like Chuck, saw no one. Immediately i heard the low rumble of a big brown truck starting off up the road an all of a sudden my heart skipped a beat. "CoULd iT Be?!?!" i thought, but of course i havnt actually lived at my dads house in months and the thought of a tachyon arriving there hadnt even crossed my mind. I open the door and sure enough, sitting there like a lost puppy was a neat little brown box which opened to unveil the infamous white MT box.

So, to make an already long story a bit shorter, i now am the proud ownder of MT Tachyon #116!!! Allthough i havn't dont much flipping yet since i was just getting ready for work at the time of arrival, i can tell you the thing is just smooth as butter! With such a low number and all i would love to keep it mint, but i just dont think that's gonna happen:D

Many, many thanks to Mike and everyone at MT for making this happen, and happen SO nicely!

Like Mike pointed out in his "warning" post, mine did come with the latch on the bite handel, so WATCH OUT!

Those UPS guys have you spotted Chuck!! :) They don't want to be within the Zip Code when the flipping begins ;) !

At least You're home. Everytime I wait for a package to arrive, that Bastid Mailman or UPS Guy (pick one) waits for me to pull out of the driveway to run an errand or go to work(pick another one) and sneaks up and leaves My goodies by the front door unprotected from the vultures until I return!tom.:(

and to think I was going to maybe go see a movie, hit the mall read some Lord of the Rings perhaps. but nope! not anymore! I gotta wait for the UPS truck!

but wait! I can drive alone now......maybe I'll hunt him down ;)
