I feel that this Idea is to good to just let die. RC-3 made out of INFI, I already made the first prototype or what would be a sweet knife. OK so it is just tape on a knife. But it is a great idea i think. But I will give you the information for the man to contact to pound out a deal and get production started.

Although I agree it'd be awesome to have an INFI RAT, I dont think its necessary or practical.

1095 Steel that RAT uses is already strong enough for 99% of the things you can throw at it, and its much much cheaper to use than INFI. I believe that one of the main things that makes RAT Cutlery so kickass, is that they make incredible tools for the average man's wallet. I dont think I'll ever NEED a knife that's capable of splitting cement or prying a door off a tank...its just excessive and doesn't serve the purpose of RAT's goals.
RAT Cutlery mostly serves outdoor enthusiasts and the military/LEO community and I dont think that it's reasonable to create a INFI knife for that community, because I'm willing to bet it's far out of their budget and RATs are already more than enough to get the job done.

^^ Believe it or not, I said that without reading RAT's mission statement and only know it through the wisdom of Jeff and the incredible products that he stands behind.

But here's the company's philosophy anyway
We believe the men and women of the USA can still make the best product at a competitive price. A product designed and made in the USA for a price the average person can afford. We believe that an objective, intelligent person can design a product that is reliable, practical and affordable and that it can be produced through skill and hard work on our own shores and then sold to the user. RAT Cutlery Company believes we can do this and succeed despite the biased and skewed trading practices of some foreign countries who rely on government incentives, sweat shop labor forces, corporate welfare, and other unfair trade practices in order to thwart the true free market of Capitalism. We believe that the market (and ultimately the end user) will be the final say in who’s product has worth and integrity, thus staying power in the market even as other products that have no merit or quality disappear. We stake our hearts, minds and livelihood on this premise. We are free market Capitalists and in the true sense of the term, we do not ask for any advantage in the marketplace. Our product and company will succeed or fail on its own merits.

I briefly spoke with Jerry at the Blade Show but we never got back together on it. With that said, I doubt we will do anything until after everything is settled with Ontario.
