Well, I wasn't at the show but I visited Jeff the weekend before and picked up a couple of Jeff's knives that he was going to take to the Blade show. I now have a Piranha with tan G10 handles, mosaic pins with a two tone finished ATS-34 blade. Man does that thing cut, I've been carrying it around all week and it's been a great utility knife. I also picked up one of Jeff's Humpbacks (I think that's what he is calling it), the handle on this just melts in your hand. That's the one thing about Jeff's knives I like (besides the designs), how ergonomic his handles are. Before I left I put one of his 4" chisel ground tantos on order, looking forward to that one.

Jeff is a really nice guy and you can tell he has a real passion for knives and puts a lot of thought into his designs.

I'd like to hear about what the rest of you though about Jeff's knives. I probably had my greasy paws on most of the knives that went down south.

As of right now I don't have the capability to post pics, but if I can borrow a camera or scanner I'll post some pics.

BTW, Eric's sheaths are on Jeff's knives and there not to shabby either

Take care,
Tom

I picked one up! Excellent knife and Jeff (and his dad) are exceptionally nice guys too.

I'll try and get a scan up in the next couple of days.

The sheath isn't quite up to par, unfortunately.

Just kidding, the sheath is awesome as well.

I bought one of Jeff's knives earlier at Toronto show. All my friends love it. I do not know the name of the model, but it's a double edged fighter with spear point profile and sculpted handle with holes. I have never seen anyone put so much work into handle before and I am not talking about decorations. The sheath is excellent, truly multipositional. I wish Eric would also make a front break sheath. By the way,Eric, I am still waiting for your reply regarding the sheath for CRKT Companion. Alex.

sure did stop by.
there pretty incredible knives (sheaths arent too shabby either

only reason i didnt pick one up is because there were several that i was looking at,but couldnt pick.

one of these days ill own one or more of his blades.

Thanks Much..

The day I met Jeff, about two years ago I could see the talent this guy has, not only in the workmanship, but also the design of the knives.

Jeff is a perfectionist when it comes to knifemaking, and it very much shows in his work.

His Pirhana is one of the most interesting patterns I've seen, and is very unique in it's design.

A couple that are slightly more fancy.

I have one similar to this in Damasteel with blue G-10 scales..

The knives you guys are talking about are the "Vortex", but unfortunately I don't have a picture of one...

Anyway..
I'm glad you guys like the sheaths, and better yet the knives...

Seriously,, keep your eyes on this guy in the next few years...

Yep, mine's just like that one except it's satin finished on the grinds, bead blasted on the flats.

fandorin and Normark:

Can you please tell me more about that awesome spearpoint? What are the dimensions? Steel? Price? That is an awesome knife!

Normark do you know if Jeff is planning to be at the Spirit of Steel show in Sept. again this year?

Hi Normark, I received this one from Jeff, and I love it... It's Odin's eye Damascus, with Ebony scales. One very nice piece!
