Recluse gave you the good stuff. I have a small model 1. VERY nice. It was my edc, but it's too nice to carry, so I carry when I'm dressing up

I have a Jeff Hall Model 4 (my first custom folder), and I'm very happy with it. There is excellent attention to details, and the action is soooo smooth. Jeff is a very friendly guy too.

Jeff is a great guy! I've had the opportunity to spend alot of time with him as we were working on a custom for me. He's one of the friendliest guys I know... and he's got a great sense of humor.
Oh, I forgot to mention his knives. If you ever get a chance to handle his knives it will be obvious that fit and finish are his highest priorities. As tight and sound as his knives are I am supprised that more people don't know about him. And watch out, because he's working on some wild new designs.
The knife I picked up from Jeff at Blade West was his first 3.5" (blade) version of his Model 2. It has a simple but sleek 440V blade with a subtle false edge, bronze anodized Eggerling damascus bolsters, polished snakewood scales, goldplated screws, jeweled liners and a filworked backspacer. It is awsome!!!

I'm getting emails saying you guys are talkin' about me, so I thought I had better sign up on this thing. Thanks for the kind words about my knives. You guys lay out hard-earned money for my work, so I figure I had better provide a good value in return. As for the site...it is a little outdated. Some knives pictured are the first ones I made and some models just aren't shown yet (Bounty Hunter). Give me a little time to get it improved and squared away. Jeff

GREAT to see you here. Love your knife. I've been doing a LOT of hard cutting so your knife is actually too nice to use, so it's packed away nicely for when I wear dress pants! (about 1x/week)
I just wish my other knives were as nice!
