A search on the forum for them turns up nothing. Anyone had any experience with this maker?

A quote from this site reads:

"Battle Ready Daggers by JJJ Vaciacraft

These daggers and knives are maticulously hand crafted by JJJ Vaciacraft. They are the finest and strongest battle ready daggers and knives avaliable.. The high carbon spring steel blades are hand forged, tempered for strength and are very sharp. They are made to a rockwell hardness of 50-55 RC. The guards and fittings are of solid brass or steel and all are supplied with leather sheaths."

Their Persian dagger looks pretty good. I have no idea of the quality of these knives. They look better than they should for the prices they charge.

I remember this line, Fighting Knives magazine seemed to like their line. The line use to be a bit larger, then it is now. They look to be quite nice for the money. Catacion(sp?), use to be the U.S. dis., but I think they went out of business:(.

This line is made in the Phillipines. I have only
seen a couple of pieces and would put the quality
below that of the Kris Cutlery goods.

Ah well, thanks for the responces. Guess I'll have to buy a couple and try them out.

Oh, Logos, I've never handled (to my knowledge anyway) anything by Kris cutlery. Name seems familiar, but don't they just make swords? The only swords I've ever used (as opposed to looking/holding) are Hanwei (sp?) practical ninja and the Damascus Tai Chi sword from the same line owned by my (now ex) girlfriend.

Shortgoth,
The Kris Cutlery is a high carbon line that is a good dollar
value for what you get.On the Sword forum you will find almost all
positive comments.Check out hteir website Kris Cutlery.com they have
blades other than swords and a really cool section of Philipino
Sandata, and Indonseian weapons.
