My flashaholism started out 2 weeks ago with a Surefire 6P. I was amazed by the light. :)

Then I got an Inova X5T, to light up close places where the 6P would be overkill.

Then, due to the overwhelming number of people that declare the E2e-HA to be the ULTIMATE EDC, I thought about getting one. That little voice in my head, the flashaholic one, kept telling me that it would be good for EDC. That other voice in my head, the money-saving one, told me that I don't need another Surefire.

Guess which voice won?

The E2e-HA's coating is pretty hard. I can envision it scratching up my keys in time. Very, very small and convenient, compared to the 6P. I love it. I am complete :) Now please make the madness stop.

you think youve got it bad!
so far for me i have an
E1e
E2e
M2
M6
an M3 on the way, and at least one g2Z soon, oh and maybe a camo E2e
and of course i plan on getting the KL1 when it comes out.

but i NEED surefires, how else am i going to use up those 200 123As i just got:D

:D :D:D that is the funniest thing that I have heard so far this week!!

You are doomed... doomed I say.... stay away from the LEDs.... they get into your blood....

My lights; E1, E2,Z3,X5T w/ green leds, ARC AAA white, ARC AAA turq, CMG Ultra-G, CMG Reactor, 8 Photons, 3 Streamlight Styli, PT Attitude/Surge/Tec20/Tec40, Tectite 300

The scary thing is, I only had the E1, E2 and a couple Photons before I started reading candlepowerforums 3 months ago............

I haven't found anywhere nearby to SEE great flashlites....

So so far I'm mainly a Maglite guy. First little keychain LED I see that is NOT red, green or blue (can you say WHITE!) I will snap up!

I need to see an ARC aaa in person before jumping off on that too.

I was always a Mag Light guy. I even have a 6D cell model.

Then I got a Surefire E2. OMG! This light still blows me away every time I use it.

Last week I got my Inova X5T and am pretty satisfied so far. It's a bit blue and a bit less bright than I'd hoped for, but makes a perfect match for the E2.

In the same box I got an Arc LE. Compared to a Mag Solitaire, this little light is amazing. The Solitaire is a fine little light, but the Arc LE is brighter, whiter and burns longer! Well worth the money to me. It seems like it will hold up better thatn a Photon and use an easier to get battery.

Dude, if you think production lights are addictive it's only a matter of time till you start jonesing for a fix from guys with handles like lambda, elektrolumens and dat2zip! Course next paycheck I'm going for a G2Z...then maybe the SF LED bezels will be out...then??
Stay Safe,
Clyde

With your E2e's, you guys are going to love the SureFire Luxeon Bezel - the KL1. Out soon, it will lead the way in Luxeon Technology.
Higher output; Constant output - Digital Regulation.

The G2Z - avilable now. Very tough, light-weight, amazingly good value - feature rich.

What next?

Next up from SureFire will be the A2 Aviator - The Digital Fusion of a Digitally Regulated Incandescent bulb and three LEDs within the same reflector - user selectable from the two-stage TailCap pressure switch - The harder you press, the more light you get (press gently for the LEDs, and hard for the bulb)
Also in the pipe from SureFire is the L1. A Luxeon LED Digitally Regulated with a two-stage TailCap pressure switch like the A2 (Press gently for low output/long runtime, or hard for high output.)
Note that the two-stage pressure switches can be rotated switching the beams constant-on.

With regards to how bright the KL1 is. I hear it is much brighter then the ArcLS. I'm sure that SureFire will release specs soon.

Please check out www.186thousand.com - the SureFire Discussion Board for more information. www.CandlePowerForums is a great place to find out more information about other brands and stuff.

Al

gotta Z2,Z3, and M3, and a C2 emerson combo on the way, they are the best lites around, bar none, imho, that M3 w/the bright bulb is something, and not too bad on batts like i thought it would be, a lotta light for the size. and the Z2 is my edc, very light/compact/bright, cant beat them.

I was bitchin' about my Inova Tactical last week.
Sorry, now I get it. Sometimes long lasting
