I just ordered a OD Izula kit and the RC-3. I have heard and read great thing about R.A.T. knives. So I wanted to give them a stab. I have been a long time user of SOG knives. In the last few knives I have bought seem not to be up to par with the old SOG knives. But Anyways I just wanted to intro myself.
 
Welcome to the shit show! Seriously though, Jeff Randall and his cronies are active members here and there's a great knowledge base for survival/bushcraft theory and knife maintenance. I recently purchased my first two RATs as well and both have already seen alot of use. I was a SOG patron at one point in my life as well.
 
You are realy going to like RATs It's good to have you here.I was a soggy,I have a small pile in my closet,after beckers went away acouple of years ago,I was looking for a good fixed blade,I wished I had found RAT frist there so much more functional and hold a edge
way longer. and the company stands 100% behind them. and ofcorse the RAT PACK they are very helpful.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm always going on MT. Bike treks, hiking, hunting, and fishing. So I will give them a work out. I will post pics when I get them. I order them from Two Wolves. I don't know how long they take to ship. I hope soon!!
 
Welcome to the family! Once you go RAT, you don't go back. (sorry, couldn't think of something to rhyme with rat that would fit)
 
Welcome to the forum, Halworks. I just received my first RAT recently, an OD Izula (nice taste, ;)) and am loving it. I'm sure you will also. :thumbup:
