As a big brother for my 119 that I've had since I was 8 years old. As you may have guessed im pretty excited as I've wanted a 120 since I was young. I think I may have to pick up a 110 to round off my modest collection.

Big, is your 120 a older one??? Any pics??? We all love pics... The 120 is a great Buck knife and don't forget the 124... I need to get the new B&C 120... Walmart as the best price on a 110... I think... ... ITE

Congrats on the 120. The 120 was the first Buck knife I bought. I bought it new in 1979. It is a great knife. The 124 is the only one that I love more.

Congrats on your 120, I picked one up about 6 month's ago and love it so far.

I dont have it in hand yet it's in the mail. I'll post pictures when I receive it and hopefully find the date of manufacture. The blade is mint but there are some marks on the handle on the handguard.

Love the 120!

Now you need one like this! This Idaho stamp is hard to find. Only about 200 made. Even Plumberdv probably doesn't have one!! :D

The more the merrier.

That sounds like a heck of a knife you've got there I'd love to see some pics for some reason deep down inside I've always wanted a 120 for the heck of it.

Do you mean one of these 120ies like the one on the picture?

Best,

Yes, Haebbie......you have a good one there. There was a run of 200 and then a run of 50, but the 50 maybe got a 2006 stamp. Never been able to nail down whether or not that happened and haven't yet found one with a 2006 stamp.

Understandably, that Idaho stamp is very attractive to a lot of people and this will be a sought-after knife in the future.

And Big45-70.......you are also on the way to a great home defense combo.

With this......you have the choice of noisy or quiet.

:D

Yes, it's unfortunate that some of the early Post Falls 120s had hashed-up blood grooves.

New employees and new equipment caused a few problems at first.

:(

I really like my 120's, I've had one since 1980. It does well as a quartering, camp knife and truck knife. I even keep one bedside on my night stand for bad dreams. DM ;)

BTW, Haebbie.......that 118 sure does have beautiful wood!!!

Thanks, BG. The seller told me, that the wooden 118 is a factory prototype
that never came into production. Is that true?

Best,
Haebbie

Yes, it's unfortunate that some of the early Post Falls 120s had hashed-up blood grooves. :(

that hollow above the blade grind is not a blood grover it is correctly refered to as a
fuller
and has the popurse of lighting the blade with out weaking it
mostly used on swords
blood grove has such a negtave conntations to the anti knife fools
fuller fuller fuller
like a self loading gun should not be refered to as a simi auto
it is NOT an automatic gun or a simi version of one
if it is NOT made as a fully automatic light machine gun with options of single shot
then
it is a self loading gun...
if we start useing the proper vanlucar mayhapps the anti fools will not have emotionaly charged ammo to use
